Dear Parents and Guardians,

I look forward to another exciting year as both Athletic Director and Assistant Principal.  If you have any problems, questions, or concerns feel free to contact me by the phone or email, or stop by my office at the elementary from 8:00am until 12:30pm or at the high school from 12:45pm to 4:30 pm.

Now that we are into August, the usual feelings of excitement and anticipation of the upcoming school year begin to be part of our everyday routine. As we finish up our last few summer vacation goals and begin to prepare our kids for the journey that are about to embark on, I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself to some of you and reintroduce myself to those of you that know me already.  My name is Brooks Stafslien, and I have been a teacher here at Stanley High School for the past ten years and Athletic Director for the last four.  Last spring, I was hired as Stanley’s new Assistant K-12 Principal and will continue to be Stanley’s Athletic Director as well.

I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life and am excited to be able to work in both buildings.  I will begin my days at the elementary school until 12:30pm and will end my day at the high school. I am really excited to be present in both buildings so that I can establish even more relationships with students, parents, and staff alike.  Establishing positive relationships are the foundation for any working environment and I look forward to creating as many connections with students, parents, and community members as possible.  My goal is to help create a school system where students, parents, staff members, and community members will always feel welcomed, loved, and included within the process of creating a brighter future for our youth.

Sincerely,

Brooks Stafslien, CAA

Assistant Principal/Athletic Director
