🚨 Please plan accordingly for May 21 & May 22:
These are Semester Test Days for Grades 7–12, and students who are required to take finals are expected to be in attendance. As you begin making summer travel plans, please keep these dates in mind.
🗓 Semester Test Days:
May 21 & May 22
✔️ Grades 7–8:
All students will take their semester tests.
✔️ Grades 9–12:
Students may be exempt from finals if they meet the following criteria (unless a teacher requires the exam):
Final Exam Exemption Guidelines:
A average: up to 4 absences
B average: up to 3 absences
C average: up to 2 absences
❗ Students must take finals if:
They have a D or lower in the class
They have more than 4 absences in that class
They have received in-school or out-of-school suspension
📌 Additional notes:
Students who are exempt may still choose to take the final with teacher approval
Teachers may make their policies more strict, but not more lenient
Three tardies = one absence (per class, per semester)
Thank you for your continued support as we finish the school year strong! 💙
Copy of birth certificate & immunizations are required.
Students must be 5 before Aug. 1

A special thank you to Joe for his generous donation covering all of April’s therapy sessions! This means so much to our students, who typically work hard to fund these opportunities through their Blue Jay Brew coffee club. Your support helps ensure they can continue to learn, grow, and thrive through these unique experiences.

Come and check out the one-act plays at the Sibyl Center, Friday at 6:30 and Saturday at 1. Doors will open a half hour before the show, and admission is a free-will donation. In addition to getting our plays ready to go. Stanley also hosted the Ray drama club as we put on a fun mini festival. At this festival, the kids got to watch these plays but also received valuable feedback from coaches and student directors. If you wish to support Stanley's Drama Club, use the link here to buy a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. https://www.imagemarket.com/DramaClubChase

Elementary Parents: Please continue to send snow pants and boots with your students. With changing temperatures comes the blessing of mud and water. Snow pants are essential to minimize mud being tacked into the school and classrooms. Snow pants also help kids stay dry if they fall in the mud or water. Conditions in the mornings are much different than the afternoons. Frozen 30 degree mornings may warrant only boots, but muddy afternoons may require boots and snow pants. Students will be directed to wear snow pants and boots as conditions warrant it, which can vary from day to day.
Be on the lookout for slow moving machinery on your commute to and from work/school today! Members will be driving their equipment so will be moving a bit slower that usual.
We would love to have you at our parade on Main Street at 2pm!
