Come to the High School Ag Department on Monday, August 26th from 5-7pm for the Stanley FFA Back to School BBQ. The FFA members will be serving brats and burgers that they prepared themselves, along with provide yard games for all ages to play! The meal is free-will and will help the students with the costs of going to the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis.

🎉We were able to raise $1900 for the "Playground Project" last night!!!!!!! 🎉Special thank you to those of you who provided us with baked goods! Such an awesome way to kick start this project. Be on the look out for shirt order forms. If you didn't get them last night you will get them sent home this week. Remember $5 of each item purchased goes to the "Playground Project." Order forms will be due next Friday, August 30.

Due to a lack of participation we are not able to sustain consistent numbers large enough to compete at the varsity level. We will be competing as a junior varsity football team for the 2019 football season. Please pay attention to schedule changes in the coming days because there will be a number of changes. At this time, our first game vs Tioga will be moved to Tuesday, September 3rd, following our junior high matchup scheduled to start at 5pm with a junior varsity game to follow at around 6:30pm. This decision was not taken lightly but we feel at this time is the most appropriate decision to make for our athletes. We will be working diligently this season to compete at the highest level of our ability in order to pave the way for future football players to compete at the highest levels of varsity competition. As we compete week in and week out, our expectations of excellence will not waiver and we will still look for community involvement and support as we move forward in building the program to the excellence and strength showcased by past teams. That being said, Stanley Public Schools is announcing a forfeiture of all varsity football games for the 2019 season. ☝️We are going to be having a FREE WILL DONATION BAKE SALE during our open house Monday August 19th 4:30-6:00. We would really appreciate if you would consider making some baked goods for us to sell. Any parents willing to bring in yummy treats, please bring them to the office Monday morning.
✌️Also Threads by Jasmynn will be selling Stanley Elementary youth & adult t-shirts. Forms to order your shirts will be available at open house as well! $5 for each shirt sold will be donated.
