Fall sports are just around the corner. Parents and student-athletes are reminded that a sports physical is required by the first day of practice. Call the Mountrail County Medical Center Clinic at 701-628-2505 to schedule your sports physical.

Kindergarten Pre-Assessments are scheduled for Tuesday, August 2nd and Wednesday, August 3rd. Each day will consist of two options, 9am-11am and 12pm until 2pm. It is recommended that any student entering into Kindergarten for the 22-23 school year participate. Parents are also encouraged to attend a parent meeting during this time as well. Students that have not been registered may sign up for the assessment and can complete the registration process that day as well. Stanley FFA had 20 members compete at the 93rd North Dakota State FFA Convention. There was over 1,500 members, advisors and guests at this years convention held on NDSU Campus. You can check out the results on the Stanley FFA Facebook page.




Stanley Community Public Schools is looking for substitute teachers for the 2022-2023 school year. To be a certified sub, you need to have 48 college credit hours (in any field) and be able to pass a background check. If you don't have the full 48 hours but are interested in helping out in our classrooms, please contact the schools and we will see what options are available. S.A.C.K. Pantry items are available for pickup in the main office of Stanley Elementary. Bags will be available on Wednesdays throughout the summer. We are also experiencing a large surplus of items in our pantry. You are welcome to grab additional items from the pantry, beyond your normal bags received. Just inquire at the front desk and we will assist you in receiving those extra items.

Congratulations to Cooper Dupay, Katie Wilhelmi, Kaisa Mortensen, and Rebecca Bohrer on receiving the Blaisdell Rodeo Association Scholarship in memory of Mike Sauber. This scholarship was given to students who have been active in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities throughout their high school career, something Mike was very passionate about supporting!

Softball Camp for 1st-6th grade is cancelled tonight due to field conditions.
The senior class voted to cancel their parade that was scheduled for Friday evening due to the weather forecast.
Just a reminder that the Elementary School will not be serving breakfast or lunch tomorrow, Friday, May 20th.
It is also early dismissal tomorrow. Students will be dismissed at 12:00, busses will run at that time.
