On Thursday the fourth grade classes took a mini field trip to City Hall. They have been learning about local government in social studies and got to meet a few of the people responsible for our local government. Students were able to talk with two council members, the mayor, and the chief of police, while touring where the local government process takes place. It was an awesome opportunity for students to see what they had been learning in class in action!

Mrs. Nichols 5th grade and Mrs. Martens preschoolers got together for some science activities using apples. We have so much fun helping our preschool friends!
