We are in the process of finalizing bus routes, stops, and times. Most routes will be the same as previous years. Changes are being made to the Ranchman's/Whiting stops that will now be in Belden, as well as finalizing details for the in-town bus route. The finalized information should be posted by tomorrow.

Students in grades 7-12 have previously registered for classes and can view this year's schedule on their powerschool app. For those that would like to pick up a paper copy, please see the following dates for fee payments/picking up schedules/updating contact information: 7th and 8th grade Tuesday, August 10th 8:30 – 4:30 9th and 10th gradeWednesday, August 11th 8:30 – 4:30 11th and 12th grade Thursday, August 12th 8:30 – 4:30 New student registration Friday, August 13th 8:30 – 4:30 We will hold an open house at the high school from 5-6pm on Tuesday, August 17th. Just a note to elementary parents as I am sure there is some anticipation building up for the start of our school year. Grade specific classroom materials will be mailed out this week so you should expect to see class lists, classroom supply lists, and welcome letters either late this week or early next week. We are currently finalizing class lists and making a few updates to supply lists, so pay attention to our school website for posts for the upcoming school year and make sure to check the mail for your 2021-2022 school year informational packets. Enjoy the remainder of your summer and I look forward to seeing full hallways and classrooms again this fall.

Stanley FFA Members: We are making plans for attending the 94th annual National FFA Convention & Expo at the end of October. If you are interested in attending, please let Miss Hawbaker or Jana know by Friday, August 6th so that we can start making travel plans.

High school girls golf team and coaches will be at the golf course from 3:30-5pm on August 2nd with extra clubs for junior high and high school aged girls who would like to try golfing!

We have limited availability for in-town bus service due to the seating capacity of our buses. The intent of this survey is to gather information on the number of in-town students who would need bus service to see if we are able to meet the needs. Great Opportunity for Students Interested in a Welding Career! The American Welding Society will be attending the North Dakota State Fair to bring an educational and career opportunity for high school and college-aged kids that are considering a career in welding. This is an educational exhibit that includes four virtual welding simulators. The simulators feed computer-generated data with a virtual welding gun and helmet equipped with internal monitors. The participant practices welding in virtual environments which includes simulated welding-booth training. The American Welding Society will also be hosting daily scholarship competitions for $1,000 good for 5 years at any welding or engineering school or program in the United States. They will have loads of career information, and scholarship information available. The American Welding Association exhibit will be at the North Dakota State Fair July 23-25 and will be located near Gate C.

Dear Families, We are sorry there was confusion with our original site to sign up for Kindergarten Assessment Days. We have fixed the problem (wrong time zone) and have created a new poll. Stanley FFA had a fantastic Mountrail County Achievement Days this year! We had success in both static exhibits and our first in person livestock show!
