Enjoy a box of peaches freshly picked from Palisade, CO. Each box weighs at least 18 pounds and holds about 36-48 peaches. There are two layers of peaches in each box. Peaches will arrive late August or early September and must be picked up at Stanley High School. When the delivery date is set, customers will receive a text notifying them of the pickup date and time. Other arrangements can be made for pick up through Kendra Evensvold.
Attention all incoming Kindergarten parents/students. On Wednesday, August 14th we will be hosting a registration/meet and greet from 12-5pm. Students may come register any time during normal summer office hours 8am-4pm M-F up until the first day of school on the 21st, but on the 14th you will be able to tour the school and meet your Kindergarten teacher from 12-5pm. Kindergarten will also have an open house on Tuesday the 20th from 5-6pm where you can bring your supplies and see your locker/desk assignments. The 14th is an additional time we are offering for Kindergarten students to meet their teachers and familiarize themselves with the school before classes begin.

Stanley Tech Camp - Bluetooth Speaker Build.
Tech camp will be held on Sunday, August 4 from 12:00 - 5:00 PM. The recommended age for the camp is 12 - 18 years old.

We are pleased to share the school calendar with you to assist in planning your appointments and vacations. Utilizing this calendar can help minimize student absences, setting your child up for academic success by reducing interruptions in their learning.
We also want to remind you that the last days of each semester are dedicated to semester tests for students in grades 7-12. Early departures during these critical days can create complications for those students who need to be present for their tests.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring your child’s consistent attendance and academic achievement.
Stanley High School will host Registration Check-In Week August 12-15th from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please see specifics below. Although students can already access their schedules in their PowerSchool, this is a time for students to receive a printed copy of their schedule, inquire about potential schedule changes, and pay fees for the upcoming year. Students are also welcomed to put their items in their lockers and walk through their class schedule.
August 12 - grades 7/8

August 14 - grades 11/12

Stanley Public Schools is looking to build our list of substitute teachers and substitute para-educators. Substitute teachers and para subs are very much needed to help us keep our learning moving forward when our teachers must be out of the building. Substitutes have the ability to select the days they would like to work and stay as busy as their schedule allows. If you are interested in becoming a licensed substitute teacher, please see the following link. There are options for those who have 48 hours of college credits and an online training option for those who do not have 48 college credit hours. To apply for the para-sub/substitute teaching positions at Stanley Public Schools, please see our website. Click on the District Office tab and follow the links under 'employment'. The para-sub rate is $15 per hour. Licensed substitute teacher rate is $150 per day.

Stanley Youth Basketball Camp!
Happy Fourth of July from the Stanley School District! The District office will be closed on July 4th and July 5th.
Our Stanley FBLA chapter had a successful night at the National Leadership Conference, with two members placing in the top 10 of their events. Mya Mortensen took home the national championship title in Computer Applications and Aryanna C. placed 8th in Spreadsheets.
