Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we wrap up the semester in the high school building last day for teachers to accept late assignments is May 12th, unless the classroom teacher has specified an earlier date per their classroom policy.
Also, we are seeing a drastic increase in students using artificial intelligence websites as well as general plagiarism to complete their work. We use software that will alert us if a student has used AI or plagiarized their paper. Using AI to complete papers/assignments is cheating. Per our school policy, 'Any person(s) caught in act of cheating or plagiarism or knowingly condoning cheating or plagiarism (acceptance of) will receive a grade of zero for that assignment or test'.
Visit with your students about completing the work themselves so we can avoid this situation.

Today for National Leadership Week, Stuco joined with Mrs. Davis's 2nd graders to write thank you cards to veterans and service members. The cards were sent to SupportOurTroops.org, and will be distributed to deployed servicemembers around the globe.
