Stanley Elementary Parents: Reminder to please use designated parking locations to pick up your students before and after school. Double parking has been reported, which creates safety concerns. Please use the west parking lot or pull over to park on the streets. Please do not double park and make sure to use caution and follow the direction of school employees when exiting the premises.

On Thursday the fourth grade classes took a mini field trip to City Hall. They have been learning about local government in social studies and got to meet a few of the people responsible for our local government. Students were able to talk with two council members, the mayor, and the chief of police, while touring where the local government process takes place. It was an awesome opportunity for students to see what they had been learning in class in action!
